Hello, I am Somer Benton, a Senior Marketing major, Spanish minor from Atlanta, Georgia. I am extremely excited to serve as the President of The International Fraternity of Delta Sigma Pi, Iota Rho Chapter. Serving in this role while in my final year at Howard University is simply a thank you for the development, resources, and family that I gained. I became a member in the Spring of 2019 in hopes of impacting my campus community. Then, I didn’t realize the the greater possibilities that lie within this Brotherhood. Not only have I gained over 800 Brothers that I know I can rely on, but I’ve grown both personally and professionally in ways I didn’t know possible. Together, we’ve made it our mission to continue to impact the greater Howard University community as well as the world at large! Iota Rho is an extremely special chapter. I am forever grateful for Iota Rho, and proud to be able to serve alongside my Brothers in this capacity.
